The King of Fruits in its different avatars with 601

The much awaited Mango season has finally kicked off with a riot of varieties and flavours. This summer, The Park leads an exploration of the King of Fruits in its different avatars with 601 presenting a menu of all things mango from beverages, appetizers, main courses and desserts.  The specialities include Mango Martini,  Rice Paper Roll with Shrimp, Imam Pasand & Water Chestnut, Mango Wasabi Coulis, Palm Heart Salsa and Imam Pasand Ghevar with Pistachio Gelato.  Available for lunch and dinner at 601 from 17th-25th May.
