The terms and conditions set below are important and affect your rights as a member of the Preferred at The Park programme.

They form your Membership Agreement and you should read them carefully.

Membership Eligibility Criterion

The membership is voluntary and open to individual residents of any country, other than employees of The Park Hotels. Corporate and legal entities may not become members.
Enrolment will be an completion of the application form in the applicant's full name and on the payment of the non-refundable membership fee.
Only one enrolment per individual will be accepted.
Change of address of the applicant will be accepted only if communicated to the Programme Centre in writing.
The Park Hotels reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reason.
The membership is for a period of twelve calendar months from the date of membership. A membership card will be issued and the membership and related benefits are non-transferable. In the event of the loss of the membership card, the member must write immediately to the Programme Centre and a new card will be issued within one week.
The membership entails granting the member operational facilities and privileges as listed in the programme. The programme is applicable at The Park Hotels in New Delhi, Calcutta, Bangalore and Visakhapatnam.
There are two categories at membership. These are Preferred at The Park Room Membership and Preferred at The Park Dining Membership.

Dining Membership

On food and beverages, the member has the option to avail of the discounts as are applicable or loyality as per the Preferred at The Park loyality program, in which case the terms and conditions set forth above, will apply. The member will present the card and advise the Restaurant Manager on the benefits on the benefit he/she wants i.e. either discounts or points to avail at the time of placing the order.
On rooms, the member will get the points as per the Preferred at The Park loyality programme and all terms and conditions and apply.
To avail of the discounts, a member may avail of a 50% discount on the total food ordered by the member and 1 guest, a 33% discount with the member and 2 guests, 25% discount with the member and 3 guests and 20% discount with a member and 4 to a maximum of 9 guests.
The minimum requirement is a party of two, a member plus one guest and a minimum of two main courses ordered. The discount is on total food and 20% discount will he applicable for beverages. Only one card can be presented per table/party.
The discount is not applicable for room service and banquets and does not include taxes, gratitutes and paid outs. The discount is not applicable for dining specials and discount promotions such as food festivals, or occassions such as Christmas eve, New Year's eve etc.
Children below 12 years of age are considered as additional guests for the purpose of calculating discounts, provided a main course is ordered for the child at full price.
Presentation of the Preferred at The Park programme membership card is imperative, if the member wishes to avail of the benefits of the programme.

GENERAL

Redemptions are subject to the terms and conditions set in the gift catalogue.
The use of the vouchers from the welcome pack and other benefits on the programme are subject to availability at the time of usage.
The Park Hotels holds no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, with regard to type, quality of fitness of goods or services provided by third parties to the programme.
The Park Hotels reserves the right to modify or close the programme at any time by giving three months' notice and also reserves the right to adjust the value of the points or the discount percentages when necessary at any time to reflect the changing market conditions, without notice.
The benefits available through the Programme Partners are subject to change and governed by the rules set by the partners.
Fraud or abuse of the Preferred at The Park programme is subject to appropriate administrative or legal action by The Park Hotels, including termination of membership.
In case of a dispute or differences between the parties in connection with the programme, the same shell be decided by arbitration. The arbitrator shall be President, The Park Hotels or any other person nominated by her. The Arbitration shall be conducted as per the Arbritation Act. The venue of such Arbitration shall be New Delhi.
The programme is governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein, communicated to the members from time to time, and subject to the laws of India.
No points will be awarded if the Preferred at The Park membership card in not presented to avail of the offers.
