Preferred at The Park is a programme that has Smart Card technology at its heart. Indeed, The Park is the first group in the hospitality industry in the country to employ this technology.

YOUR PREFERRED OPTIONS

You have an option on your Preferred at The Park membership. You could select either, depending on your preferred option.

ROOM MEMBERSHIP

This particular membership is by invitation only.
The membership is available at Rs 500 and is renewable annually.
The renewable charges are Rs. 400 or by exchanging 500 points.
For every Rs. 10,000 that you spend at The Park Hotels, you earn 500 points.
These points can be exchanged for a variety of gifts.
For instance, 500 points can get you an upgrade.
6,500 points can get you a shopping voucher from Rohit Bal.
72,500 points can get you a return ticket from New Delhi to New York.

Yours membership to the above programme also entitles you to the following privileges:

Guaranteed room availability for reservations made 72 hours prior to check-in.
Early check-in : 0800 hours. Late check-out : 1800 hours.
Complimentary access to The Residence Lounge, even if you are residing in a regular room at the hotel.
Complimentary usage of health club including sauna and steam, but excluding massages, while staying at the hotel.
Complimentary usage of meeting room, for half a day, for six people (subject to availability).
Spouse's stay is complimentary.
Deluxe amenities will be made available in the room.
One complimentary drink will be served in the bar (house brands only).

DINNING MEMBERSHIP

The membership for this option is available at Rs. 3000.
You can either accumulate points and redeem them for gifts or you can either accumulate points and redeem them for gifts or you can avail of on-the-spot discounts on Food & Beverages on presentation of your membership card.
Whenever you visit any of our outlets, you receive an overall discount on your food bill, courtesy your membership.
You receive 50% off on a table for two, 33% on three, 25% on four and 20% on five or more guests.
Additionally, you get a 20% discount on your order of alcoholic beverages. Alternatively, you can accumulate points like the Room Membership.

For every Rs 10,000 that you spend at The Park Hotels, you earn 500 points. These points can be exchanged for a variety of gifts. For instance, 600 points can get you a gift hamper from Flurys. 1,400 points can get you a shopping voucher for Shyam Ahuja. 3,500 points can get you a Cartier Pasha Perfume

Membership to the Dinning Programme also entitles you to additional benefits :

Pre-Reserved seating in the Restaurants, every day till 9 p.m. Invitation to exclusive events at the hotel.
As a member of this programme, once you check into a room at any of The Park Hotels, you will be entitled to the Room membership privileges mentioned earlier.
