Navratra Thali
Celebrates this Navratra with Special Navratra Thali at The Fire. 9 days of devotion and divine food! Join us this Navtratri as we dish out the all time classics of Navratra menu, starting from Kuttu ka Pakoda to Aloo kuto Singhare ki kadhi, Phaldhari Tikki Aloo, Sabudane ke Kheer and lots more. The 9 nights festival of Navratri begins on the first day of Ashwina of the bright fortnight. Seeds are sown, sprouting is watched, the planets are consecrated, and on the 8th and 9th days, Goddess Durga, Vijayashtami and Mahanavami are worshipped. The Devi Mahatmya and other texts invoking the Goddess who vanquished demons are cited. The day after Navratri i.e. the 10th day after Ashwina, is Dussera (21st Oct, Sunday) which celebrates the victory of lord Rama over Ravana. Ravana is burnt in effigy, often giant dummies of Ravana stuffed with fireworks are shot with arrows until they blow up before a large, applauding audience.

New Winter Menu
Fire, the award winning contemporary Indian restaurant at The Park, New Delhi is all set to launch its new winter menu.
Known for its innovative and experimental Indian fare, the new winter menu at Fire definitely lives upto its expectations. On popular demand, all-time specials of Fire including the ?Veg Haleem? and the ?Parda Paneer? make an entry once again. The organic section offers ?Tomato Pappu? and the ?Khattey Choley? amongst others. The exotic section ofcourse offers some interesting dishes like the ?Red Snapper Mussalam? and the ?Khichda?. As Street Food stylisation has also been a forte of the chefs at Fire, the all-time favourite ?Chaat Platter? remains in the new menu.
The Desserts have been carefully selected with some interesting fusion desserts like the ?Rose Petal and Cardamom Brulee?, "Trio of Winter Carrots - Kulfi, Brulee and Halwa" and the ? Warm Chocolate Sunken Cake?. Other traditional regional desserts like ?Sangom Kheer? - Manipuri Black Rice Pudding and our very own signature desert - Paan Ki Rasmalai also add to the offering.

Mist the all hour dining at our lobby level has a lavish Sunday spread just for you . The enticing brunch has everything starting off with some fresh seasonal juices to a wide array of healthy salads. Some interesting cold cuts like smoked salmon, ham and chicken terrine, assortment of salami - parma ham, salami cacciatore, mortadella to name a few.
Now coming to the real deal, the hot buffet comes in with an Italian twist- wine poached sole with herb crumb and scallion shoots, saltimbocca, oven roasted vegetables with garlic and rosemary, though there is enough for the Indian palate as well. An unlimited flow of sparkling wine , some red and white wine to beautifully pair up with the Indian & Italian dishes. There is unlimited Indian beer too for all those who care to enjoy some tipple. Some pass arounds like the milky mushroom pizza , farmer salami pizza, some pastas with smoked chicken butter, lemon and parmesan ,penne with vodka cream, some Indian tit bits like mini dosas, pav bhaji ,tawa machi, keema kulchas.
