Mist the all hours dining at The Park, New Delhi is holding a 10 day long mango promotion starting from July 1, 2005. The festival features some of the most delicious varieties of mangoes in town, like, Kesar, Chausa, Langra, Saroli, Dussheri, to name a few. The chefs at The Park have created some exciting combination of the varieties of Mangoes with Walnut Tarts, baked Cheesecakes, Pancakes in Oriental Style, kulfi,clafoutis and brulees.

Summer Menu 2005

Fire keeps its promise of the seasonal menu change with exciting innovations to suit your palate with the changing seasons. The new summer menu at Fire is light, innovative and based on special seasonal cooling ingredients. The Season's freshest ingredients and vegetables have been used to create a meal, which keeps you light and fresh even as the temperatures are soaring. Specialties such as the chilled yoghurt, tomato and cucumber soup.The Kairi Murg Tikka is marinated in tangy raw mango while the Palak Corn Tikkies are the perfect option for the vegetarians.

In the main course,Curry leaf Chicken ,Vegetable Haleem, Hyderabadi mince pie, tamil style spinach with moong dal.

The Dessert selection is even more innovative. There is a Paan ki Rasmalai flavoured with fresh beetle leaves and the Apricotbrulee, , baked in the classic creme brulee style. The Rose Rasgullas and the Mango Platter are also must trys.
