The all-hour restaurant is situated on the first floor of the hotel and serves the best of world cuisines. It is divided into two spaces – the 24-hour indoor dining space and bar and an external terrace providing an al-fresco dining and entertainment option, with a relaxing 17 meter waterfall, bridge and landscaped surroundings. The terrace space, nestled amongst lush planting provides privacy and enclosure, acts as a respite from the vibrancy and energy of Park Street and other areas of the hotel.  The restaurant has been designed in a bold yet calm indoor-outdoor style and natural materials and fresh colours have been used extensively. 

Executive Chef, Sharad Dewan and his team have crafted an inventive and elaborate menu that promises to stimulate and excite diners’ taste buds like never before. The menu brings together local Kolkata cuisine while also offering classic and contemporary offerings from around the world. The Bridge also offers a buffet option for breakfast and lunch with a smoking-hot selection of creative dishes on one hand and chilled-out cold salads, cold cuts and desserts on the other. The bar menu spells trendy with a mix of signature and all time favourite cocktails.
