The Park, Bangalore unveils a new poolside restaurant AQUA.

Conceptualized to offer a glamorous al fresco experience, AQUA is a space with many moods. Opening into the outdoors from the lobby, AQUA greets you with a series of gazebos leading to refreshingly blue waters of the temperature-controlled pool. Antique and contemporary furniture dots the space. Colourful bolsters add a refreshing and playful touch. The open deck, used for sunbathing by the day, becomes a stage for night time revelry. Glowing candle lanterns by the poolside and bar add to the mood of the space. Retro music ranging from Aretha Franklin to J J Cale to Leonard Cohen and Nana Mouskouri fills the air.

The pavilion bar is a quaint timber ensemble that is operational at sundown. Drape yourself lazily on high stools perched alongside the bar and enjoy various flavours of Sangrias, Martinis, Sparklers and Cognac cocktails. Or simply choose from the extensive wine list.

Our international menu offers Modern European cuisine with Spanish undertones and Barbecues. A unique selection of Spanish Tapas, exotic salads including Pan seared foie gras with raspberry vinegar & green apple salad, a range of Barbecue & Grills & a selection of delicious Paninis are just a few highlights of the menu. Also on offer are unique healthy vitalisers, smoothies and poolside quenchers. Special desserts include sinful Chocolate fondue, classic Spanish flan and Fresh yogurt cheese with honey, walnut and blueberries.
