Theatre Style

This arrangement is suitable for functions where speakers would be addressing a large gathering. Accommodating a greater number of persons sitting close together, where aisles permit AV projections and easy movement for the audience. Ideal for lectures, presentations, fashion shows, general body meetings and addresses.

Classroom Style

Accommodating a less number of people as compared to the theatre style of arrangement, the classroom style has the addition of personal writing tables. Reserved spaces with placards for participants, generates an ambiance of intense and diligent participation. Ashtrays, table stationery and microphones add to the comfort and identification with the event. The arrangement is perfect for sales review meetings, press conferences, training sessions, dealer meetings etc.

Round Table Dinner Style

Accommodating up to 300 people, this arrangement would seat 5 - 6 people around a table. Allowing free movement for waiters serving drinks or starters as well as easy interaction between tables, this set up is ideal for formal dinner parties, wedding receptions.

Conferencing

The three self explanatory illustrated conference styles i.e. the 'U', the Rectangle and the Oval Boardroom have existed not only through the corporate era but the variations have been used for millennia in courts and religious aids meetings. Depending on the number, the closeness required and movement of messages/documents/services, an appropriate arrangement can be chosen. At a suitable location, according to the requirements of the Corporate, a computer can be arranged to help in the preparation of the minutes and maintenance of relevant data. Placards and adequate stationary may prove to be advantageous and are highly recommended.
