Ingredients
Quantity
Dark Chocolate
100 gm
Unsalted butter
90 gm
Eggs
4 no
Icing sugar
60 gm
Flour
35 gm
Icing sugar (to garnish)
15 gm
Method :
Melt the chocolate along with the unsalted butter.
In a separate bowl mix the eggs and icing sugar lightly with a whisk.
Blend the eggs mixture with the chocolate
Fold in the sieved flour and keep aside.
Grease the moulds with butter and dust with flour.
Pour the mixture into the moulds.
Bake at 180 - 190 C for 10 minutes.
De-mould and serve hot sprinkled with icing sugar and cocoa powder.
You can improvise on this by adding flavours of you choice to the mixture.
